1. Company Information

This online store is operated by SPT Media Oy (VAT number: FI35817141). For any questions regarding these terms or your order, please contact us at info@shop.sptmedia.fi.

2. Products

Our store offers art prints and related products created by artists represented by SPT Media Oy. All products are produced on demand by our production partner Gelato. This means each item is manufactured individually after your order is placed.

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and print production. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Ordering

By placing an order in our store, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
The information you provide (name, address, email) is accurate and complete.
You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are handled solely by Stripe and are never stored by SPT Media Oy.

5. Delivery

Our products are manufactured and shipped by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with production facilities in multiple countries. Because your order is printed at the facility closest to your location, exact delivery times vary and cannot be guaranteed in advance. As a general guideline, most orders are delivered within 14 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. SPT Media Oy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork sold in this store remains the intellectual property of the respective artists. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. The prints are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPT Media Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. EU consumers also retain the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to These Terms

SPT Media Oy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products in this store are custom-manufactured on demand specifically for each order. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly resolve the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@shop.sptmedia.fi and include:

Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographs showing the damage or defect.

Upon review, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion. We may request that you return the defective item before processing the replacement or refund.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information (provided in your shipping confirmation email) and contact your local postal service. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@shop.sptmedia.fi and we will investigate with our production partner.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations

Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations may not always be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@shop.sptmedia.fi. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of our confirmation. SPT Media Oy is not responsible for any delays by your bank or card provider in processing the refund.
